Epic Fail on another app update yet again

Updated to the 2.4 version - and its yet another epic fail. Every update since Garmin took over yields an inoperable app on either my iPhone or my iPad. Once updated, I get to the "Map Manager" screen - which is totally blank. Just a background. No options, no ability to do anything but restart the app. Deinstalling and reinstalling (from iTunes or over Wifi) gives the same result - a completely inoperable and unusable application.
