Is Garmin TRYING to Kill Navigon?
Navigon always struggled with customer support but now, since Garmin bought them, they dont even try.
Good: Works off-line so saves data. Basic function is less buggy than the cheaper offerings.
Bad: In-store purchases are cryptic, expensive and flaky on re-downloading after restore. Maps annual subscription is an example of Garmin trying to keep their business model as the world changes around them. Customer service is a shining examples of BAD.
