In app purchases gone

My in all purchases quit working. Deleted all and reinstalled but did not fix problem. The restore purchases button doesnt work. It says that you cannot make in app purchases and the. Says it cannot connect to the App Store. I recommend staying away from this product as it is very unreliable.
